The farm
The Haflinger Hof has a long history, it was first mentioned in documents in 1288.
We, the Plattner family, are now the fifth generation to run the business.
Guests looking for relaxation have been coming to the Haflingerhof for over 70 years. In the past mainly from the nearby city of Bolzano.
The cultural landscape has changed dramatically over the decades. 70 years ago the fields around the farm were full of grain. Due to the economic change, there are mainly hay meadows on the farm today, a winery and for several years we have been growing grain again.
We, the Plattner family, are now the fifth generation to run the business.

You can reach the Haflingerhof by car via the road that leads from Bolzano to Jenesien.
If you are coming from the north, leave the motorway at the Bozen Nord exit and follow the signs to Jenesien.
Coming from the south, exit the motorway at Bozen Süd, cross the city and follow the signs to Jenesien.
It is only 7.5 km from Bolzano to the Haflingerhof. The farm is on the left, just below the road. The entrance to the farm is marked with a wooden sign.
If you are coming from the north, leave the motorway at the Bozen Nord exit and follow the signs to Jenesien.
Coming from the south, exit the motorway at Bozen Süd, cross the city and follow the signs to Jenesien.
