The farm
Hello dear guests!
Nestled in vineyards and orchards, our newly built farm (climate house B) is in a wonderful, quiet location, yet only a 4-minute walk from the center of Girlan. Admire the wonderful view from the Rosengarten to Meran from our three comfortable holiday apartments, each with two separate double rooms. Here in Girlan you will find an idyllic old wine village with the most hours of sunshine in southern South Tyrol.

Location & arrival
Arrival
After the Bozen Süd motorway exit, turn left in the direction of Meran. After the first tunnel, take the Eppan exit. It is easier if you then turn right in the direction of St. Michael/Eppan. After the first petrol station keep to the right and do not drive into the tunnel (direction Kaltern) but in the direction of Girlan. At the roundabout after about 100 m, turn right towards Girlan. After the first traffic light (not working) keep right after approx. 30 m in the direction of the fire station. Then turn left at the Girlaner Bürgerstube, where you continue on Martini Straße road and pass the bus stop and turn left at the intersection of the Girlaner winery towards Bozen. At the next crossroads, just drive straight ahead and you will already be able to see the Fasslhof in front of you. After the 90-degree left turn, turn right into the small path and continue for about 100 m.
