The farm
The Kleon family has lived for several generations at the Tannerhof, which has been open to guests for over 40 years. Our farm offers all modern facilities and the family atmosphere makes you feel at home.
As the name suggests, the Tannerhof is not only our home, but also the farm for our farm.
In addition to apples, we harvest grapes, which we process into wine ourselves.
The so-called "Eigenbau" self-made wine is served exclusively to our house guests and in our nearby kiosk.
You can also find numerous types of fruit in our meadows and fields, such as plums, pears, peaches, cherries and even kiwi and figs. We also grow lots of vegetables and herbs for our own use.
A walk in the garden can therefore become an informative course, where you can admire the most diverse plants up close.

Location & arrival
Arrival
The Tannerhof is located in the small town of Kuens, about 4 km from Meran in the heart of South Tyrol. The central location of our farm makes it easy to reach by car or public transport. The nearest bus stop is about 100 m from the farm.
By car:
The best connection from the north to Italy is the Brenner motorway. Stay on the A22 to Bozen Süd, where you have a direct connection to the Me-Bo expressway. After about 20 minutes you will reach Meran-Süd, where you turn onto the main road and drive in the direction of the Passeier Valley/Jaufenpass until you reach the village of Kuens. The Tannerhof is located at the beginning of the village opposite the kiosk.
By car:
