The farm
Welcome to the wonderful Eisacktal valley. Our small Binderhof is located just 3 km south of the historic bishopric of Brixen, in the quiet village of Sarns. Our two new holiday apartments "Untn" and "Obm" as well as a separate double room called "Entn", a cozy lounge, a small farm shop/processing room and a spacious outdoor area are currently being built with great attention to detail for our future guests. The Binderhof is the perfect starting point for all kinds of activities and leisure activities in summer and winter. With us you can relax and let your children run free.

Location & arrival
Arrival
Coming from the south, leave the A 22 motorway at the Klausen exit, head north along the SS 12 state road to the roundabout in the direction of Albeins. From there continue on the SP 28 in the direction of Sarns. Once there, turn right up to Oberdorf Sarnfeldstraße 5, 500 m on the left side opposite the volunteer fire brigade is our Binderhof. Coming from the north, take the Industriezone Brixen motorway exit and follow the same route in the direction of Albeins.
