The Fischerhof is a fruit and wine-growing business run by the family of farmer Martin, his wife Margareth and their children Markus and Miriam. While Martin takes care of the fruit production, his daughter Miriam is in charge of the Fischerhof vineyards. Incidentally, Miriam also supports her mother Margareth in the farm shop and in looking after the holiday guests. However, the farm's own distillery has been a man's business at the Fischerhof for over 50 years. Martin is a qualified cellar master and, together with his son Markus, who has a degree in beverage technology, distils the pomace of the grapes and the fruit into high-quality grappas and fruit brandies. The two are happy to share their knowledge and tradition with their guests in guided tours of the farm and distillery.
