The farm
Enjoy your vacation on the quiet farm in the small hamlet of Ried in the municipality of Welsberg-Taisten.
On our farm we have about 70 dairy cows and calves, our bitch Luna, two cats and dwarf rabbits. You are welcome to look over our shoulders in our daily work or even lend a hand. We are happy to take our time for stable tours.
Our garden invites you to let off steam in the trampoline, to play table tennis or to relax in the countryside.
Our farm is a perfect starting point for excursions: Pragser Wildsee, Drei Zinnen or a short trip to Austria, everything can be reached quickly from us. The South Tyrolean mountain scenery invites you to unforgettable hikes. We would be happy to give you personal hiking tips. In winter we score with our proximity to ski slopes and cross-country ski runs. Kronplatz can be reached in a 10-minute drive and the cross-country ski trail into the Gsieser and Hochpustertal valleys starts in the village.

Location & arrival
Arrival
Take the Brixen exit on the motorway and drive in the direction of Pustertal. After Bruneck approx. 15 km further and before the village of Welsberg drive onto the bypass road and after the tunnel take the Mitte exit.
If you are coming from Toblach, take the bypass before the village of Welsberg and exit before the tunnel.
After a few meters there is a crossroads. At this turn left towards Ried. After approx. 1 km you will come to a crossroads, where you turn right and follow the signs to Ried. You are now in the hamlet of Ried. After the Viertlerhof turn left and after a few meters turn right and you are in front of the Schusterhof, your holiday destination.
If you are coming from Toblach, take the bypass before the village of Welsberg and exit before the tunnel.
After a few meters there is a crossroads. At this turn left towards Ried. After approx. 1 km you will come to a crossroads, where you turn right and follow the signs to Ried. You are now in the hamlet of Ried. After the Viertlerhof turn left and after a few meters turn right and you are in front of the Schusterhof, your holiday destination.
