Guidelines for writing reviews
- Review only those rural craftsmen featured on roterhahn.it whose farm, farm shop, or products you have personally visited, experienced, or purchased.
- Share only your own personal experiences.
- You may review individual products, your visit to the farm, purchases made in the farm shop, or the overall shopping experience.
- Please submit only one review per farm, unless your visits or purchases took place at clearly different times.
- Stay on topic and describe your experiences with the products, the farm shop, the advice received, the service, or the farm visit.
- Do not comment on reviews written by other users.
- Be honest and share your genuine impressions.
- Use correct language and do not write in capitals or bold.
- Do not copy any content and breach the rights and copyright of third parties. Your reviews should reflect your own thoughts.
- The rating expressed through the chicks will be displayed immediately after verification. Your personal comment and any images, however, will only be published once the farm has received at least 3 reviews.
- The purchase or visit of the farm shop to which the review refers should have taken place no more than 30 days before the review is submitted.
- If necessary, proof of the visit or purchase may be requested.
